Shortlisted — Bath Flash Fiction Award

News from the October 2016 Bath Flash Fiction Award: first up, massive congratulations to the winner, Helen Rye (One in Twenty-three), which is exquisite, and the runners-up and commended authors Christopher M Drew, Julianna Holland,  Caroline Reid and Michelle Elvy (whose Whale Shark is brave and beautiful).

There were 748 entries of which 50 longlisted stories will shortly be published as an anthology some time towards the end of the year; I know quite a few of the authors on it and can’t wait to read their work and others’. I’m excited that my story Occasionally will be included (shortlisted).
